Art Without WordsA space to create & connect

Art workshops

Less pressure.
More possibility.

A relaxed space to try something creative, enjoy the process and spend time alongside others. You don’t need to be good at art to take part.

What to expect

A starting point.
Then your own direction.

A session can begin with a simple invitation to explore materials or try an idea. From there, you choose your pace and how you want to respond.

You can focus quietly, chat as you create or take a break. There’s no expectation to explain your artwork or show it to others.

Ways to explore

Follow a colour.
Try a texture. Make a mark.

Illustrative activity ideas — the confirmed programme will be added below.

01

Colour & lines

Play with shapes and marks. Let curiosity lead without aiming for a perfect result.

02

Paper & textures

Combine images, paper and different surfaces to create a collage in your own way.

03

Pause & reflect

Take a moment to notice the experience. Share if you want to, or simply keep it for yourself.

A few things you might wonder

Before you come.

Do I need to know how to draw or paint?

No. The focus is on exploring and making, rather than artistic skill. Beginners are welcome.

Will I need to share my work or talk?

No. You choose what to share, and you can take part quietly.

Can I ask about accessibility?

Yes. Ask about step-free access, seating, lighting, sensory needs or other adjustments before attending. Accessibility arrangements will be confirmed for each venue and session.

Are workshops professional therapy?

No. These are creative community activities, not professional therapy or medical treatment.
