The idea behind the name
Start with what feels possible.
Art can begin with something small: a colour, a line, a piece of paper. It doesn’t have to tell a story or carry an explanation.
Art Without Words is built around making space for that kind of expression, alongside opportunities to connect through conversation and shared experience.
We want people to feel welcome without having to perform, prove themselves or say more than they want to.

My hope is to bring people together with care and respect for different experiences. You don’t have to be an artist. You don’t have to have all the answers. There can be room for you just as you are.
